The founder officially entered the smart home industry, gaining extensive project experience and a deep understanding of user needs.

Annual sales reached tens of millions. However, mainstream smart home systems often suffer from fragmented functions and complex operations, failing to meet advanced customization needs. Based on long-term feedback, the team established an R&D department to independently develop more practical and stable smart systems.

The first self-developed wired 485 smart home system was tested and launched. It allows quick setup and scene configuration via app, greatly improving installation efficiency, earning praise from partners and users, and being applied in many high-end projects as a technological benchmark.

Despite the pandemic's impact, the founder maintained a long-term strategy and continued R&D investment. That year, the sub-brand 'Yuwu Smart' was established, collaborating with local integrators in Beijing to explore new paths for technology and implementation.

We launched a new generation of wireless smart products based on Thread protocol, integrating wireless and wired systems. With the ecosystem's growth and a deep understanding of integrator needs, we launched the 'Shared R&D Plan', opening system capabilities and technology to help more integrators build local brands for long-term sustainable development.
